Likewise Krakow is seeing its skyline slowly changing with masses of modern building/flats etc. I can't really comment on the politics, though Schwartzneggar has a very strong 'Green' policy and is trying to rduce their carbon footprint. If not San Francisco, where else would you suggest in the world that Krakow should be twinned?
